Circuit Train offers a versatile platform for individuals engaged in various forms of circuit training, including weightlifting, yoga, or other fitness routines. Instead of relying solely on a stopwatch, the app encourages users to concentrate on maintaining the quality of their workout while providing timely alerts and support to facilitate progress.

Typically, circuit training involves selecting approximately ten exercises—such as push-ups, bicep curls, mountain climbers, among others—and performing each in succession for a designated period, commonly around one minute. Following each exercise, the transition to the next is swift, often with minimal rest. Upon completing the full circuit, a rest period is observed before repeating the cycle a predetermined number of times.

Circuit Train enables users to customize key parameters of their workout sessions, including the number of repetitions, stations, and circuits. The application’s fully adjustable settings allow for personalized station durations, rest intervals, and overall structure.

An integrated feature utilizes the user's existing iTunes music library, automatically progressing to the next track during rest phases or exercise transitions. This functionality minimizes the need to monitor time actively, allowing practitioners to focus solely on their workout performance.
